Repeat after 10 minutes

· If convulsions do not stop

Inj. FOSPHENYTOIN 100MG/ 2ML AMPOULE

Dispense 4 ampoules

Inject 100mg slow I.V

Repeat 4^th hrly in saline IV infusion

· General care: maintenance of airway and prevention of injury

· Maintain fluid, electrolyte and acid base balance

Review after convulsions is controlled and shift to oral therapy
