Rx
·        INJECTION CEFTRIAXONE 1G
Dispense 10 ampules
1 ampule to be injected IV twice daily for 5 days
                               OR
·        TAB. CEFIXIME 200MG  + TAB. OFLOXACIN 200MG  
          DISPENSE 20 TABLETS
          1 TABLET TO BE TAKEN TWICE DAILY FOR 10 DAYS
·        Tab. PARACETAMOL 500MG 
Dispense 15 tablets
1 tablet to be taken THRICE A DAY FOR 5 DAYS

Precautions:
Take liquid diet till fever subsides
Take small feeds,Avoid spicy food
Avoid  exertion for 2- 3 weeks

Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan listen    (5 September 1888 – 17 April 1975) was an Indian philosopher and statesman who served as the first Vice President of India (1952–1962) and the second President of India (1962-1967).
